About the Instructors:

Kelly & Sharon have over 30 years of combined training and experience. We continue our training each year to stay up to date with the latest research, program design and fitness crazes! Safe, fun and effective workouts in a very welcoming atmosphere. All classes can be modified to meet our member's current level of fitness. 



Kelly Dangler, C.P.T. Certified Fitness Instructor Since 1983, Certified Personal Trainer since 1995, Certified with, internationally recognized,  ACE (American Counsil on Exercise), AEA (Aquatic Exercise Association), SCW, Arthritis Foundation & American Red Cross.  ZUMBA Authorized Instructor Trained November 2010. Kelly's love of music & creative class design keeps you motivated-you surely won't be bored! She also has additional training in special populations and post-rehab to assist those with health conditions exercise safely & effectively.

Sharon Wright
Certified Fitness Instructor since 1984, Currently certified with Fitour and SCW Fitness. Sharon's compassion & personality shine through her programs. She teaches a variety of classes, however, her specialty is Pilates & Yoga-based programs. Oh, and let's not forget the squats! Certified BOKWA Instructor September 2013.  

 

Both instructors have maintained certifications through Continuing Education Credits.  Up-to-date training with top fitness professionals and creators of popular programs like ZUMBA, POUND, BARRE, TABATA, LES MILLS, PI-YO, BENDERBALL, BOKWA, SPRIE and more!  Our instructors have a unique ability to incorporate, the old and the new, crazes & styles with their personal touch!!  TRAINED BEACHBODY PIYO INSTRUCTORS!!!!!

Classes



AeroFit/CardioFit: An aerobic class with a blend of fun filled, free style, fat burning moves. A little dance, tae-bo, boot camp, karate, step, jazzercise, funk and groove.   "Pound" inspired Stick-Fit & Fitness Hoops Hoop-Fit Too!

THIRTY-Fit: 30 minutes of warm-up and cardio & 30 minutes of toning and flexibility.  Something different each class. Using a variety of styles & equipment. Join us for the 1rst 30 mins, 2nd 30 mins or the whole class!! 

ARC STEP - The “modern” step class for another great total body workout. The ARC Step offers a wave more of possibilities to your step workout.

Silver& Gold-Fit: Designed for Baby Boomers and Beyond! but also perfect for those new to an exercise routine, those with arthritis, diabetes or other chronic conditions. A combination of chair exercises, light weights, resistance bands, balance training, Chair Yoga, Tai Chi and stretching. Easier on the joints, and balanced with more frequent stretching to avoid added muscle soreness.  Improve balance, function, strength and mobility. 

SportsFit/ComboFit: Easy to follow group training class to build muscle, power, strength & endurance. Using drills, sets, squats, push-ups, lunges, kicks, free weights and weighted bars.  Tabata Style Too!

MEN’s-FIT : The Guys Only Class! Just the right blend of P90X/Insanity/BootCamp style workouts. No fancy steps to follow.  

BARRE-FIT:A great mid-week class using a blend of Slo-Robics and YogaFit. Slo-Robics is a meld by Pilates, Yoga, Barre and Circuit training combinations. A functional training class in a rhythmic style is suitable for all levels.  Use of props can be expected, light weights, bands, balls and sliders. Focus on cardio, strength and core. Low impact cardio and toning.  YogaFit is a practice of flexibility, toning and relaxation. This class will benefit your mind and body. Classes integrate a blend of Hatha, Restorative and Vinyasa flow yoga. 

ZUMBA-FIT: A dance-fitness workout using combinations of popular Latin & International Dance moves-if you like to dance this class gives you permission to let loose and have fun!! Specializing in burning calories while toning your core.   8 week sessions.

PIYO LIVE: A Beachbody mat based formatted class taught in Rounds.  Music-driven, athletic workout that stretches, strengthens, and tones with continuous dynamic movements inspired by the best of Pilates and Yoga. Designed for those that like to sweat and burn calories.  

KidFit 1/KidFit 2: Ages 4-8 Active fun with drills, games, tumbling, song and dance & Ages 9-14 Getting kids moving with music & traditional exercises like jumping jacks, kicks, sports moves & lunges. Using balls, bands & jump ropes for a variety of FUN! (run as a special sign-up program.)

Classes are FREE to members.  Non-Member Drop-in Rate $10 per class.  All levels welcome. Our Certified Instructors provide modifications and progressions to fit all levels of fitness. 

Pre-Paid CLASSES ONLY Passes also available to Non-Members 10 classes $50
